Done

  • Preview our new school website

We looked at the new Silver Mesa website that Amy Sandgren is working on.  It looks great.

  • Preliminary discussions for TSSP—Teacher Student Success Plan (formerly CSIP—Comprehensive School Improvement Plan)

We discussed generalities about the upcoming plan.  Our goals will remain mostly the same, with a slight increase.  Funding was discussed around aides for classrooms, software programs for reading and math, and additional personnel

  • Current TSSA amendment discussion

We reviewed where we were at with our current goals and discussed amending our reading goal to include student growth and not just proficiency.  It was determined to amend our current TSSA plan goal and Julie will write it up officially and ask for signatures in order to go before the school board for approval.

  • School happenings
    1. Teacher PD:
      1. Lexia intervention program
      2. Dyslexia simulation
