Enrollment Process (with links)

Eligibility: Your child must turn five before September 1st of the enrollment year.

Required Documents: Parents/Guardians must provide the following during enrollment:

1. An official birth certificate

2. An immunization record or Utah exemption form

3. Proof of residency (must include address, parent name, and current date)

If you already have a student attending in the Canyons School District, click on “New Student Enrollment” to link your new student with your existing Skyward account.

If you are new to our district, click on “Temporary Account for New Student Enrollment” to begin the process.

Half-Day Kindergarten Intention

If you are interested in enrolling your child in a half-day kindergarten program, please email the school principal by February 28, 2025 to declare your interest.
