Message from Mrs. Ford:

April 3, 2020

Greetings, Students! Please know that I've been thinking about you all a lot lately and wishing we were in school right now, sharing the dance space, moving together, laughing about silly things, and sharing creative ideas. I truly hope you are all doing well and I wanted to continue to share some new ideas/videos with you that I hope will keep you moving and, most importantly, having fun and being creative!

Which brings me to a little something I like to call "The Breakfast Dance!" All you have to do is make a dance inspired by your breakfast. Here are some ideas to get you started with your own:

"Shake and rattle" like cereal in the box

"Sizzle" like bacon in a pan

"Pour" like milk out of the carton

"Scramble" like an egg

"Swirl and mix" like yogurt and fruit in a bowl

Have fun trying to make up your own "breakfast dances!" And don't hesitate to include other members of your family:)
