Dear Eagles,
This Thursday and every Thursday is Hat Day. Students may bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Utah Food Bank and wear a hat that day. Let’s wear our hats and help others in our community at the same time!
Emergency Preparedness
At our SCC meeting this month we discussed safety procedures in our school. It was determined that all of our community would benefit from seeing our basic protocols for emergencies here in our school. Kindness Is Cool
Here are some more examples of kindness happening at our school these past couple of weeks. We have the best students!
Angel Beltran (4th grade)—went up to a classmate and offered to help him when he was having trouble
Monty Jones (5th grade)—helping clean up the floor
June Dickey (kindergarten)—assisting the teacher and helping during whole group
Luca Varas (1st grade) – Helping others in his class with math

Science Fair
TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP FOR THE SCIENCE FAIR! The fair is scheduled for Monday, January 11, 2021. Due to the need for social distancing and the limited rooms available this year, students MUST REGISTER by TODAY to participate.
