Training Video for SCC

● For those of you who missed the training, either in person or on Zoom, it was recorded for you to watch when you can, but please do so by the end of this month

2023-24 SCC Meeting Schedule (ZOOM LINK)
● Continue with the second Wednesday of the month at 7:15 via zoom.

Land Trust/TSSP review, school focus

● Amendment was approved by School Board and has been uploaded to school website and dashboard

Academic data

  • ●  TSSP Data for Fall 2023 and Current & Trend RISE Data
  • ●  Nothing New to report other than progress monitoring has begun in all grades

    Digital Citizenship & Safety Plan

  • ●  Submitted on October 31, 2023 for approval
  • ●  ParentSquare message went home about the Fire Lane being off limits the week of 10/30-11/3

○ New 15 minute parking signs were requested to put in lot so that people had places to park when coming and picking up kids quickly

Safety Drill November

● Bomb Threat Drill
○ Faculty training will be on November 8th

■ Drill will be on November 21st

School happenings

Staffing:

● MakerSpace is going well! First couple of weeks very well attended!

● Choir will be performing at the Festival of Trees on November 29th (great opportunity for the students)

PTA Events:

○ Fun’d Racer is going well
■ I will have to kiss a pig if we raise $20,000

○ White Ribbon Week (last week/first week Nov-Dec) Facility Issues:

● Sent email to Alice and Sally about doors that need to have card readers as well as the other door issues/concerns we had as a committee
