Land Trust/TSSP review, school focus (TSSP)
○ Hiring 1⁄2 day subs benefit?
○ Action plan for behavior, Eagles nest and Calm corner, is there overlap?
○ Number 6-PBIS matrix, natural consequences, showing results.
○ Cost estimates will be sent out for the 6 interventionists, up to $100,000. About $30,000 needed to get the .3 increase.
○ Academic goal 1 and 2, professional development costing money?
○ Continue Soar Cards and Principal Pride
School happenings
○ Classroom movement (physical movement of classes within the building) to bring all three ACC
○ 2 Doors are still a problem not closing due to building pressure. Several doors also need keypads
